• Rooms should be booked in advance with a minimum of 2 weeks notice for your event. Any request received with less than 2 weeks notice may not be approved.
• Once you submit your request please allow for 2 business days notice for a response.
• If you are booking a Law Student event please fill in the Student Booking Form in full or you request could be denied.
• Rooms are not available for individual use.
• Rooms can only be booked by current Law students.
• Beverages and food may be consumed; however, we ask that you limit foods with strong odours and remove all garbage upon completion of the event.
• Furniture may be rearranged as needed to facilitate your event; however, we ask you to return all furniture to the original configuration before you leave the room.
